Micro – Screws

To increase the quality and the reliability of their products, the manufacturer's of these objects must lock the screws during the assembling.

This operation is particularly difficult due to the small size of the screws used, as the diameter of the thread of these micro-screws is between 0,8 and 2 mm diameter.

The first users of this pre – coating technique were the luxury goods industries in the following domains: spectacle manufacturer, clock-making, luxury bags and leather industry, and then manufacturers of mobile phones and other electronic devices.
Our solution to fulfill the locking of the micro – screws, consists in putting onto the thread, a micro – encapsulated glue adapted to the small diameter or a polyamide resin.
