Plugs and Nipples

In most cases to obtain a sealed plug or nipple we can do the sealing by threading.

The pre-coating of the thread with mastic, allows us to replace the classic and expensive solution of a flat or toric joint

This technique of sealant thread is particularly useful for oil plugs, water plugs and all fluid connections.

The sealant products also reinforce the sealing of the conical gas threads used for pneumatic connections for compressed air or gas circuits.

For plumbing, we use the screwing / gluing technique to unify certain parts.
The locking of threaded parts, traditionally made with the use of a liquid resin put on during the assembling, can be replaced by a micro-encapsulated pre –coated glue.
