Pre-coating on nuts and hollow parts

The locking of nuts and hollow parts

Bonded locking of nuts and threaded parts is widely used in the automotive industry.
The technique of pre-coating tapped holes has replaced many of the traditional methods of locking nuts, such as the notched base, deformation of the thread or the elastic ring, which provide only partial solutions.

The microencapsulated adhesive deposited in the thread guarantees the assembly’s resistance to severe stresses, such as shocks, vibrations and temperature variations.

This solution has proved its worth on shock absorbers, electric motors, hydraulic pumps, clutches, etc.
We use several application techniques depending on the size and type of part being tapped.

Our pre-coating machines, developed in-house, enable us to apply the product precisely and without polluting the external surfaces.

Pre-coating is another modern sealing solution. The sealing resins we apply are resistant to the various fluids used in the automotive industry.
